Norbert Izsák – Phd, MCC, Mentor Coach & Coach Supervisor
- With over 10 years of experience in coaching, ICF assessing and coaching supervision, I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a trained coaching supervisor. I specialized in supporting coaches through the ICF credentialing process.
- I serve as an assessor at ACC, PCC, and MCC levels and bring a deep understanding of ICF core competencies, ethics, and performance evaluation.
- My mission is simple: to support you in becoming a confident, capable and courageous coach who makes a lasting impact.

Recording Review
- Sending your coaching recordings for feedback

Yes, I offer full ten hour packages for ACC, PCC and MCC applicants in compliance with ICF standards.
Can I get feedback on my recordings before applying?
Absolutely. Reviewing session recordings before submission is one of the best ways to prepare for your credentialing.
Do you issue certificates for mentor coaching hours?
Yes, you’ll receive a certificate of completion to include with your ICF application.
